What is your refund policy?▾
Refund eligibility depends on whether your DVSA booking has already been placed. If you need to cancel or request a refund, contact support with your booking reference and we’ll advise the options available.
Can I change my test date or time?▾
DVSA requires 3 full working days (Mon–Sat) notice to change a theory test appointment. Sundays don’t count as working days. See our guidance here: reschedule your theory test.
What test centres are available?▾
Because we arrange official DVSA theory tests, you can choose from DVSA test centres across Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales).
Do you provide official DVSA theory tests?▾
Yes. We book an official DVSA theory test on your behalf and you’ll attend a DVSA test centre as normal. We’re an independent service and not affiliated with DVSA.
What should I take to my test?▾
You must take your UK photocard driving licence to the test centre.
If you have a Northern Ireland licence, bring the photocard and paper counterpart licence.
If you don’t bring the right documents, your test can be cancelled and you may lose your fee.
While we do offer official DVSA theory tests, bookmytheorytest.com is not endorsed by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency or any other government department, and you can apply for a theory test direct with GOV.UK for £23. Our prices include the standard cost of a theory test of £23 payable to the DVSA.
